Spun mostly at private parties and also in Heidelberg at the Muller(closed) and Palmbroigasse(spelt?) and at the soldiers lounge on Thompkins Barracks, The Pub Sinsheim. Working on getting new gigs at the moment. I could rock a club, however I'm partial to lounge DJing, or afterparty DJing because I feel that a lot of minimal house(my strong point), is more effective when people are coming down or in more of a relaxed state for some foot tapping rythmic tunes, which won't make you look or feel out of place if you aren't going wild on the floor. However, when I drop a bit of minimal techno you will have no choice but to get down and dirty.

Train Spotting, Lock Stock and two smoking guns, spun, Snatch, 51st State, Dr. Monroes Island, Moullan rouge, Kill Bill(all), Agust, LA Crash, American History X, Life is Beautifl(Roberto Bennini), Platoon, Full metal Jacket, Pulp Fiction, Apocalyps Now, Belly, The Pianist, Empire of the Sun, Crouching tiger hidden dragon, Happy Feet, Silence of the Lambs, Othello(with Lawrence Fishburn), Phillidelphia, Gatica, A Clock work Orange, Sin City, A.I., Schindlers List...this list also goes on but pretty much thought provoking films or just very well made ones. Two Stanton ST150 turntables and a Vestax PMC ProII mixer, plus portable Panasonic dvd player, Sinhiser earphones, Stanton GrooveMaster III cartridges & needles, Phillips CD recorder, Cakewalk music creator software. I like to keep shit simple for now. However I'm looking forward very much to get my hands on the RaneSerato dj program. It's supposed to trump the Stanton Final Scratch, at least as far as latency goes, as well as having a new four deck setup.

Born in Seattle Washington, September 9th 1976. Yes 1976, a hot year which produced great wine remember that. Grew up in England(Eastborne and Canterbury), making me a Europeanised African-American. This cultural mix manifests itself in my music, but I'll let you be the judge of that. I returned to the states in '95 and joined the US Army and served with the 3rdID at Fort Sill OK, Fort Stewart GA, Kuwait, Egypt and finally with 5thCorps in Germany( Wiesbaden, Schwetzingen and Heidelberg). Did that for 6years, and though it was very challenging; I'm very glad I did that. You work hard and play hard. I stayed in Germany where I still work for the U.S.Department of Defense in Heidelberg and mannhiem. I dj when and where ever I can. Looking forward to really spreading my wings, as my hobby has turned into an insatiable passion to rock the crowd. I'm sort of a perfectionist (not my choosing, just my nature), so I'm actually never pleased with my finished product because I feel that there's always room for improvement and development. I want people to leave one of my venues fully satisfied. The way I'd feel after an all nighter raving to Sven Vath at 'U60" Frankfurt, or Carl Cox. So, for me this is truly about the people and not fame or money( well perhaps a little), not an ego thing. Which many DJs are accused of. I know and except that there are other good DJs out there, many are more advanced than I am in different areas, and that's very cool. The idea is to learn from each other not hoard knoledge, that's why I enjoy using mydjspace. I will get into more detail at a later time, but I'd like to say that I love life and have faith in people, and I hope my music can help in bringing all sorts together. We need to begin to accept that we all have more in common than we give ourselves credit for.
