You might want to post a little bit more info.
What is your musical experience?
What equipment do you have?
What styles are you looking at playing?
Any other info you think could be pertinent.
One easy way to start is to buy a couple of secondhand turntables and a mixer and just start messing around with whatever discs you have already. Then when you are comfortable move onto better gear and spend some money on software etc.
