I have been DJ'ing since about the turn of the century. Unfortunately, because of time constraints, family responsibilities, and just life getting in the way, I don't get to really practice as much as I would like. However, I still find the time no matter what to get behind the wheels and immerse myself in music. This is not just a hobby but a way of life for me and many others.
Sometimes, I just close my eyes and pretend I'm playing for the most appreciative crowd that is up for everything I throw at them. It would be a great accomplishment and dream of mine to play to a big crowd but I also enjoy an intimate crowd that really dances and appreciates the hard to find records that I sift through to at least try to stand out from my other fellow DJ's.
